On April 30th, 1992, during Game 4 of the NBA Western Conference playoff between The Seattle SuperSonics and Golden State Warriors, Seattle SuperSonics player Shawn Kemp delivered a thunderous dunk on Warriors player Alton Lister. After the dunk, Shawn Kemp taunted Alton with a memorable finger point. This Dunk was given the nickname “The Lister Blister”.

Only two reasons I liked the Seattle SuperSonics: First, I legitimately thought they had something to do with Sega and Sonic the Hedgehog. Second, because of this dunk.

In today’s NBA, what Shawn Kemp did would result in twenty game suspension.
